During the day, you will have the opportunity to visit several local wineries, where you can discover the secrets behind the production of the famous rosé wines, as well as taste excellent structured reds and mineral whites as well. The second day will take us to discover the wines of the Luberon and Mont Ventoux, two regions that boast a long winemaking tradition. Day four will take us to explore the Les Baux-de-Provence Wine Route, located in the heart of the Alpilles Regional Nature Park. This area not only offers breathtaking scenery, but is also one of the most famous regions for the production of organic and biodynamic wines. Throughout the day, we will visit wineries where winemakers employ sustainable practices to produce wines that respect and reflect the purity of the terroir.
The vineyards of Les Baux-de-Provence are spread over mountain terraces, and benefit from a sunny climate and mineral-rich soils that are ideal for producing intense red wines, fresh rosés and elegant whites.
Day 5: Discovering the Wines of the Southern Rhone
The last day will be devoted to the famous wine regions of the Southern Rhone, including Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Beaumes-de-Venise. We will depart from Avignon, the ideal starting point for exploring this area famous for its powerful red wines, aromatic whites, and sweet Muscat wines. Each winery we will visit will offer a sensory journey through intense flavors and age-old stories, telling the deep connection between land and vine that characterizes this region.
