Golf in Provence? Yes! The south of France offers many advantages for amateur or experienced golfers. More than 60 equipped sites scattered across a variety of landscapes.

The slopes

Thanks to exceptional sunshine, golf is possible year-round in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. From greens to fairways, from the Mediterranean Sea to the Alps, passing through hillside villages and lavender fields, the landscapes follow one another offering an ideal environment for golf.
The Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region attracts golfers from all over the world thanks to its internationally renowned golf courses. Pont Royal International Golf is one of the best European golf courses with a course designed by renowned golfer Severiano Ballestros. Perfectly preserved, its many starts and variety of shots to play make it a true sporting challenge. On the French Riviera, the Royal Mougins Golf Club is a prestigious and exclusive golf club. Its course, designed by architect Robert von Hagge, is suitable for players of all levels and highlights the exceptional beauty of the site.

Eco-sustainability

The environment is central to the concerns of golf courses in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. Environmental and biodiversity protection, waste treatment or even rational water consumption: many golf courses are now committed to eco-responsible approaches. For example, the Terre Blanche golf course has sculpted its course to collect rainwater and runoff and uses materials that respect the environment and local human resources. More than a golf course, Terre Blanche constitutes a truly exceptional nature reserve, perfectly settled in the Pays de Fayence. Domaine de Manville also initiated an ecological turnaround several years ago: it is the first French golf course to bear the Ecocert label.
