The Richerenches Truffle Market takes place between December and March.

In this small Templar village, there is a market not to be missed because it is here, from mid-November to mid-March, that truffles collected during the week are exchanged every Saturday morning.

Every Saturday morning, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., brokers, truffle hunters, tourists and the curious meet on theAvenue de la Rabasse and the Cours du Mistral. Conversations revolve around a single topic: truffles.
After the price of truffles is set, transactions can begin. Around 1 p.m., the street empties as the scent of truffles continues to waft through the town.
At this market, truffles are sold wholesale and retail, and a market of local products is held in parallel.

The Richerenches truffle market accounts for more than 50 percent of the contributions given to the major markets in the Southeast and 30 percent of national production. Because of its production, Richerenches is a remarkable taste site and is established as the capital of quality truffles.

Please note that the 2 December markets during the holidays are moved to 2 Fridays, December 24 and 31 from 10:30/11.
