Un'ampia variet\u00e0 di paesaggi, che vanno dalle foreste della Montagna Nera agli scogli granitici del Sidobre, passando per i vigneti di Gaillac.\\nAssolutamente da non perdere la \\\"citt\u00e0 rossa\\\" di Albi, capoluogo del dipartimento, distante 45 minuti da Tolosa.\\n\\nALBI\\nConosciuta come \\\"la citt\u00e0 rossa\\\" per i suoi edifici in mattoni e pietra, Albi \u00e8 iscritta nella lista del patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO per i suoi stupendi edifici e il suo fascino pittoresco.\\nVisitando la citt\u00e0 si possono ammirare il Palazzo della Berbie, risalente al XIII-XIV secolo, la chiesa collegiata di Saint-Salvi e il suo chiostro e il Ponte Vecchio. Ma l'attrazione principale \u00e8 senza dubbio la Cattedrale Sainte-C\u00e9cile, la pi\u00f9 grande costruzione di mattoni al mondo. Inoltre, \u00e8 anche la pi\u00f9 grande in Europa per i suoi affreschi interni che coprono 18.500 m\u00b2 di superficie.\\nNon lontano dalla Cattedrale Sainte-C\u00e9cile, nel Palazzo della Berbie, si trova il museo Toulouse-Lautrec, dedicato al pittore Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, originario di Albi. Fin dai primi minuti della visita, si \u00e8 trasportati nella vita del pittore, tanto movimentata quanto emozionante, attraverso una ricca collezione di opere d'arte. A visita coclusa, \u00e8 possibile passeggiare sulle terrazze e nei giardini del palazzo.\\n\\nIL CASTELLO DI MAURIAC E I VIGNETI DI GAILLAC\\nSi prosegue il viaggio andando a Senouillac, per visitare il Castello di Mauriac. Costruito nel XIII secolo da Guiriaudus de Mauricius, nel corso degli anni \u00e8 stato abbellito grazie a decorazioni e ristrutturazioni.\\nAll'interno del castello si pu\u00f2 ammirare la mostra di dipinti dell'artista Bernand Bistes, proprietario dell'edificio dagli anni'60.\\n\\nLa gita prosegue con una visita ai vigneti di Gaillac. Questi vigneti si estendono per 2500 ettari e producono vini bianchi, rossi e rosati e si fregiano del marchio di Denominazione d'Origine Controllata (AOC in Francia). Qui si pu\u00f2 camminare tra i vigneti esplorando i diversi vitigni e metodi di coltivazione. Successivamente, si potranno visitare le cantine e scoprire le procedure di vinificazione. Sar\u00e0 prevista una degustazione commentata in cantina.\\nInfine, ci sar\u00e0 il tradizionale pranzo dei viticoltori servito in loco (dai ristoratori), accompagnato dai vini.\\n\\nSe si visitano le vigne nel periodo della vendemmia (tra fine agosto e fine ottobre), il vignaiolo mostrer\u00e0 diverse tecniche per preparare le viti alla vendemmia. Ad ogni partecipante verr\u00e0 consegnato tutto ci\u00f2 di cui necessita il vendemmiatore (cestino, un paio di forbici da potatura, grembiule, ecc.). Sotto l'occhio vigile dei viticoltori, si pu\u00f2 partecipare quindi all'antico metodo di pigiatura dell'uva per estrarre il primo mosto d'uva. But the main attraction is undoubtedly the Sainte-C\u00e9cile Cathedral, the largest brick building in the world. It is also the largest in Europe because of its interior frescoes covering 18,500 m\u00b2.<br \/>Not far from the <strong>Sainte-C\u00e9cile Cathedral<\/strong>, in the Palais de la Berbie, is the <strong>Toulouse-Lautrec Museum<\/strong>, dedicated to the painter <strong>Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec<\/strong>, a native of Albi. From the first minutes of the visit, one is transported into the painter&#8217;s life, as eventful as it is exciting, through a rich collection of artworks. When the visit is over, you can stroll the palace&#8217;s terraces and gardens.    <\/p>\n<p>THE <strong>CASTLE OF MAURIAC AND THE VINEYARDS OF GAILLAC<\/strong><br \/>We continue our journey by going to <strong>Senouillac<\/strong>, to visit the <strong>Castle of Mauriac<\/strong>. Built in the 13th century by Guiriaudus de Mauricius, it has been embellished over the years through decorations and renovations.<br \/>Inside the castle is an exhibition of paintings by artist Bernand Bistes, who has owned the building since the 1960s. <\/p>\n<p>The trip continues with a visit to the <strong>vineyards of Gaillac<\/strong>. These vineyards cover 2,500 hectares and produce white, red and ros\u00e9 wines and bear the Appellation d&#8217;Origine Contr\u00f4l\u00e9e (AOC in France) label. Here you can walk among the vineyards exploring the different grape varieties and growing methods. Afterwards, you can visit the cellars and learn about winemaking procedures. There will be an annotated tasting in the winery.<br \/>Finally, there will be a traditional winemakers&#8217; lunch served on site (by caterers), accompanied by the wines.    <\/p>\n<p>If visiting the vineyards at harvest time (between late August and late October), the winemaker will demonstrate different techniques for preparing the vines for harvest. Each participant will be given everything the grape picker needs (basket, a pair of pruning shears, apron, etc.). Under the watchful eye of the winemakers, you can then participate in the ancient method of crushing grapes to extract the first grape must.
