Appartenente alla corrente post-impressionista, il suo lavoro gett\u00f2 le basi per il Cubismo.\\nIl suo legame con Aix-en-Provence \u00e8 ancora forte, tanto che possibile visitare i luoghi che hanno caratterizzato la vita e le opere del pittore.\\n\\nATELIER DE C\u00c9ZANNE\\nC\u00e9zanne lavor\u00f2 quotidianamente in questo atelier dal 1902 al 1906, anno della sua morte. Il pittore realizz\u00f2 una decine di opere che oggi sono conservate nei pi\u00f9 importanti musei del mondo.\\nLo studio dispone di un negozio di articoli da regalo, ospita regolarmente mostre temporanee e organizza incontri culturali e gastronomici durante la stagione.\\n\\nCAVE DI BIBEMUS\\nQuando Cezanne scopre il luogo, lo trova in stato di abbandono: la vegetazione si \u00e8 bonificata, ma la roccia ocra ha mantenuto la forma del lavoro dell'uomo. Nella suggestiva architettura di questa natura eccezionale, l'artista d\u00e0 vita tra il 1895 e il 1904 di opere di fama mondiale, come \u201cThe Red Rock\u201d.\\nOggi, nel cuore del Grand Site Sainte-Victoire, le cave di Bibemus rivelano tutta la loro maestosit\u00e0 pittorica attraverso un percorso costruito attorno al capannone dove l'artista conservava le sue opere e talvolta dormiva.\\nIntorno al capanno di C\u00e9zanne, il percorso tracciato all'ombra di alti pini vi far\u00e0 scoprire i motivi dipinti da C\u00e9zanne, le sue famose rocce rosse, la geologia dell'altopiano e le cave che producono pietre utilizzate per costruire monumenti di Aix dall'antichit\u00e0 al XVIII secolo . Belonging to the Post-Impressionist current, his work laid the foundation for Cubism.<br \/>His connection to Aix-en-Provence is still strong, so much so that it is possible to visit the places that shaped the painter&#8217;s life and works. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ATELIER DE C\u00c9ZANNE<\/strong><br \/>C\u00e9zanne worked daily in this atelier from 1902 to 1906, the year of his death. The painter created a dozen works that are now preserved in the world&#8217;s most important museums.<br \/>The studio has a gift store, regularly hosts temporary exhibitions and organizes cultural and gastronomic gatherings during the season. <\/p>\n<p><strong>CAVES OF BIBEMUS<\/strong><br \/>When Cezanne discovered the site, he found it in a state of neglect: the vegetation had cleared, but the ochre rock retained the shape of man&#8217;s work. In the striking architecture of this exceptional nature, the artist gave life between 1895 and 1904 to world-famous works, such as &#8220;The Red Rock.&#8221;<br \/>Still today, in the heart of the Grand Site Sainte-Victoire, the Bibemus quarries reveal all their pictorial majesty through a path built around the shed where the artist stored his works and sometimes slept.<br \/>Around C\u00e9zanne&#8217;s shed, the path laid out in the shade of tall pines will introduce you to the motifs painted by C\u00e9zanne, his famous red rocks, the geology of the plateau, and the quarries that produce stones used to build monuments in Aix from ancient times to the 18th century . Cezanne painted 11 oils and 16 watercolors in this landscape where mineral and vegetable complement each other.<br \/>All the quarries are part of Cezanne&#8217;s sites and can be visited.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>JAS DE BOUFFAN PROPERTY<\/strong><br \/>The Jas de Bouffan property, which includes the mansion, historic monuments and park, is open for guided tours to discover what the farm was to the painter: a place to live, an anchor, a place for his early work and a painting studio. Purchased in 1859 by Cezanne&#8217;s father, the Jas de Bouffan mansion would remain in the family&#8217;s ownership until 1899. For 40 years, Paul Cezanne would find his main sources of inspiration there.<br \/>On the ground floor, the young C\u00e9zanne painted a dozen murals. He also set up his easel in the park, in front of the house, the farmhouse, the forest and avenue of chestnut groves, the pond and its statues&#8230; A total of thirty-six oils and seventeen
